    Ever since we first had Celina as the groomer for our little schnauzer, Snoopy, we have never gone to any other. The location is so lucky to have found Celina. She listens to our needs and does exactly as requested. Snoopy always comes out of the PetSmart smelling and looking like the cutest little dog! We know and believe that Snoopy is well taken care of because Snoopy has come out of the PetSmart doors without a single nick to her skin. We had had a bad experience in the past, where Snoopy’s ears were sliced to the cartilage (it was not a PetSmart), and we were so scared to go to the groomers again. We were told not to go to PetSmart, but we did the opposite and took a chance on South Wonderland PetSmart location which I am so glad we did because that is where we found Celina! Thank you Celina! The picture is after her pampering session yesterday on November 16, 2024.

    I have a 17 year old dog who is difficult to groom, and several groomers refused to groom her...Then I came here and met Laura, who not only did a terrific job grooming Coco she also offered to groom her from now on which was a huge relief for me! And Coco was so happy after her haircut she was running around like a puppy! Thanks again Laura you really made our day!!!

    Kendra cut my yorkiepoo hair! She was wonderful, she listen to what I wanted my dog to look like, and she did exactly what I had visioned. Thank you Kendra, will definitely see you again

    I got my kitten here and the employee that helped me was so kind and helpful, they had short hair and glasses. They answered all my questions, helped me set up the carrier, and gave me good recommendations! I didn’t grab their name but if you spot them in this location, be assured you’re in good hands!!

    Jessica was very helpful and professional,and caring did not hesitate to switch the food when my wife told her that our cat does not like pate!. Great staff and excellent customer service .

    Friendly, Associates will always go above and beyond and its a pet friendly place which is awesome makes the walking with a Dog a joy because if she wants a new toy i can take her in with me and let her pick it out
